Indeed, we complete two risk assessment's for all of our displays.

Pre-site risk assessment with site plan - which will highlight and identify any hazards; we will present this to your event location for approval along with our insurance information.

Our display team completes an on-site risk assessment on the day of your show and monitors it throughout the day. From setup till the finish of the show.

We have a 10 million pound insurance policy.
Certainly, we can give a low-noise display, but this does not imply that the display will be lacking in quality.

Therefore, don't be concerned; this is getting increasingly popular for gatherings.

The show is still thrilling and intriguing.
With many colours and effects, but no loud bangs.

After the completion and acceptance of the Pre Site Risk Assessment, which we will deliver to your event, we will request a 20% payment.

The entire balance must be paid 28 days before the event date.

Cancellation by yourself or your event:
  • 28 to 14 days, we retain deposit
  • 13 to 7 days, we retain 40%
  • 6 to 2 days, we retain 50%
  • On the day, of event we retain 100%.

Cancellation by ourselves:
  • 28 to 4 days, 100% repaid
  • 3 to 2 days, Met office weather warning 50% retained
  • On the day, when the on-site risk assessment is done, identify the risks and conditions that would make the show dangerous to proceed. 100% retained

We will only ever cancel due to extreme weather or safety concerns over which we have no control.

All of our pyrotechnics are waterproofed and electronically launched to reduce miss firers and show interruptions caused by sudden downpours.
